Instructions for Use

The light defaults to 100% brightness when plugged in for the first time.

1.  Press the minus “–” key lightly for 0.1 second to dim the brightness by 15%. Release and tap again to lower brightness by another 15%. Dimming will stop once brightness reaches 15%. Hold down the “–” key continuously, and brightness will decrease by 15% every 0.5 seconds until it hits the minimum 15%. The plus “+” key increases brightness in the same 15% increment manner.

2.  3-position toggle switch:

Middle position: Light sensor mode. After dark (referenced to the 15% light output of this night light), the lamp stays on steadily at your preset brightness level.

Lower position: Always off mode; the night light remains inactive.

Upper position: Combined light sensor & motion detection mode. It only turns on for 30 seconds when a moving object passes within 3 meters after dark, and repeats this cycle automatically.
