Third-Party App Connection Guide

Step 1: Pair EU Smart Plug in Tuya Smart App first

Launch Tuya Smart, add this EU smart plug, confirm it displays "Online".

Step 2: Open Alexa App or Google Home App on your phone

Connect your phone to the same 2.4GHz WiFi network as the plug.

Step 3: Tap the "Add Device" button on the App home page

Step 4: Search for the official "Tuya Smart" skill and enable it

Step 5: Enter your Tuya Smart account login info to complete authorization

Step 6: Tap sync, the EU smart plug will load into Alexa/Google Home App

Important Note:

Only stable 2.4GHz WiFi supports binding. 5GHz WiFi or poor network signal will lead to sync failure.
